Recalibrate our brain with mindfulness

We are coasting along everyday, hardly taking a careful look at what perceive are our natural feelings and thoughts. As such, we might cede control and lose the ability to live intentionally. Mindfulness is a traditional practice that puts us back to the driver’s seat, to observe closely at what’s happening both internally and externally.
